NAPC has highly experienced Project Managers with many years in the business managing mult-million dollar governmental projects with agencies such as Army Corp of Engineers, US Navy, US Army, Air Force, Department of Veteran Affairs, National Park District, Coast Guard, Air National Guard, General Services Administration, US Postal Service, and others.
Quality Control Management

Another such service we offer to large business is Construction Quality Control Management. NAPC has on staff USACE/NAVFAC certified and experienced Quality Control Managers. Our CQCM staff is highly experienced with the USACE RMS/QCS system of project quality control management.
Our Quality Control Managers can competently interact with Government QA, manage Daily Reports - Manpower, Equipment , and the Submittals/Submittal Register. They also perform field inspections utilizing the USACE's Three Phase Inspection program.

No successful project can exist without the involvement of a competent superintendent. The superintendent has the direct pulse and boots on the ground involvement. He must possess the knowledge of construction, schedule management, project logistics control, and the ability to manage numerous personalities and experience levels of trademan.
NAPC has in-house experienced and competent superintendents with the knowledge and expertise to execute a timely and in-budget project, safely and compliant with the contract requirements.
